Booking

For booking over telephone, please provide a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. 

In case of no credit card, we will reserve a room for you but we cannot guarantee the availability at the time of check-in.

Cash / Debit card Payment

If you choose to pay with cash or a debit card, full payment is required including taxes and fees at the time of check-in. CAD 150.00 refundable deposit per night is required and will be returned to you on your check-out.

 

Cancellation

All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless noted.

• Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation MUST be done 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

• Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours are subject to a charge of the total price of the reservation plus taxes. 

 

Children

Up to 2 children under the age of 8 can stay for free in the same room as their parents or legal guardian when using existing beds in the room. All older children or adults are charged CAD 10 per person per night (No extra beds provided).

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in “non-smoking” rooms (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room). Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas of the hotel.
